Trellis
Trellis Connections is a digital solution designed to break the ice and connect you with your colleagues by facilitating professional connections on a monthly basis.
Every month, we will suggest a connection for you via email. What you do (whether to have coffee, chat online, or take a walk) is up to you! No pressure, however.
Trellis uses an algorithm to generate the matches which ensures every user is matched before repetition occurs, it does this within each tag and continues to minimise repeated matches. Every new user that joins increase the match pool within a specific tag.

There is no minimum, however the fewer participants the shorter the program will last/the sooner matches will repeat. In terms of a maximum, no way! The more employees signed up for the program, the more opportunities to create connections.
This is not currently available but if this is something that interests you, please let us know at faq@trellisconnections.com and we can evaluate it for a new feature in the future.
The dashboard has information on how many connections are being sent out and count of users engaged. In the future we will be offering the option of sending out engagement surveys, in the mean time you could do this yourself.
Your employees aren’t robots, Trellis can’t guarantee the topics covered between matches. We recommend you highlight your company’s conduct principles when communicating the program to employees. If you are using a basic or premium subscription you can edit the template and add in a paragraph for the code of conduct or a link.

Matches
Currently Trellis sends out connections on a monthly basis.

No. Trellis sends you your connection, it is up to you take the next step and arrange a time and place.
Unfortunately, as it is an automated matching function, a new match cannot be arranged. Do not worry, you will get a new match next month.
The idea of the program is to create engagement, networking, and collaboration opportunities. Both parties should try to reach out and organise a time to meet. Of course, contacting someone you have never met that can be daunting but look at it as an opportunity to get outside your comfort zone and grow! If you do not hear back from your match after reaching out do not be disheartened; sometimes leave and busy schedules can get in the way. Rest assured, you will receive a new match next month!
Goto Membership, from here you can choose to suspend the match emails with an optional date
You can also leave the organisation from Membership
If the email address has been disabled for the user and we are able to get a bounce back (undeliverable message), Trellis will mark the user as on hold and un-license them
Billing
When you change to a paid subscription it can be entered then or when you are on a paid subscription from the "Manage" button under billing
